Attorney
He is a graduate of the Faculty of Law at Pavol Jozef Šafárik University in Košice, where he continued his doctoral studies with a focus on commercial law, more specifically corporate law. Since 2016, he has gained valuable experience in several law firms, where he worked as a legal assistant and later as a trainee lawyer. He subsequently passed the bar examination with distinction. He is the author and co-author of several professional and academic publications, primarily in the field of commercial law.
In 2024, in cooperation with the prestigious publishing house C. H. Beck, he published a monograph entitled “Digitalization and Artificial Intelligence in Companies.”
In 2025, he was part of the team of authors of another significant publication – a new Commentary on the Commercial Code. In this work, he addressed the issue of general meetings of joint-stock companies. The commentary was also published by the prestigious publishing house C. H. Beck.
He currently works as a postdoctoral researcher at the Department of Commercial Law and Economic Law at Pavol Jozef Šafárik University in Košice.
